What types of event spaces does AquaBeat offer?
How do I book a venue at AquaBeat?
To book, complete the Venue Hire Form, then send it—along with supporting documents and event details—to venue@aquabeat.hk, or physically return it to AquaBeat’s office at 86 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong.
What supporting documents are required for the application?
Required documents include company business registration certificate, activity details, or S88/NGO documents, etc.
When must event information be submitted?
All event details—like floor plans, guest lists, music/video licenses—must be submitted before booking and fully finalized at least 14 days prior to the event date.
How and when is my deposit returned?
Deposit will be refunded within 7-14 business days after the event ends.
The premise is that it has not been used beyond its time limit or has been damaged.
What happens in case of severe weather during my event?
In the event of extreme weather, major disasters, public health risks, or other force majeure events, the event may be rescheduled
Or a refund.
Can I cancel or reschedule my event on my own?
If the organizer cancels or suspends the event for any other reason (including severe weather that fails to meet the above conditions), no rescheduling or refund will be arranged. AQUABEAT reserves the right to immediately cancel the venue application in the following circumstances, and all fees and deposits paid will not be refunded.
