Background and Objectives of Establishment

Rooted in the vibrant neighborhood of Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, ACTION DRAGON LIMITED was founded by a group of leaders and elites with a caring community and a forward-looking vision. We were established to capitalize on the richness of Kwun Tong’s culture and its unique geographic location to promote economic prosperity, cultural growth and social harmony in the region. Our goal is to transform Kwun Tong into a modern community of intelligence, innovation, leisure and culture, where residents and visitors can enjoy unparalleled strength and power.

Awareness Objectives

Our core objective is to enhance the overall morality of the Kwun Tong community and the well-being of its residents through intelligent and innovative means. To this end, we will focus on the following broad areas:

Smart harbourfont
Construction: We will utilize the most advanced technological means to develop the Kwun Tong harbourfont
into a smart harbourfront demonstration area integrating sports, leisure, ceremonial activities and cultural creativity, so as to provide the public with a brand-new and energetic space for harbourfont
experience.
Thanksgiving Community Activities: We will plan and organize a series of thanksgiving and creative community activities, such as cultural festivals, art exhibitions, sports events and smart life experience, etc., with the aim of promoting exchanges and interactions within and outside the community, and enhancing the quality of life and cultural literacy of residents.
Talent Cultivation and Innovative Development: We will set up a series of professional training programs and innovative projects, aiming at cultivating future leaders with innovative spirit and ability, and injecting new vitality and impetus into the sustainable development of community practices.
